1. Definitions

  • App: The CATCH application or its associated website.
  • User/Customer: Any individual using the App or making a booking through it.
  • Service: Car rental services provided through the App.
  • Provider: The entity supplying the vehicle for the service (owner company or associated branches).

2. Subscription & Use

  • Users must meet the legal age requirement (21 years) and possess a valid driving license.
  • Registration requires accurate information, and users are responsible for keeping their information up to date.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Prices are determined based on the car type, rental duration, and distance (if applicable).
  • Additional fees may include insurance, fuel, potential damages, late returns, or cleaning charges.

4. Cancellation & Modifications

  • Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
  • Modifications are subject to service availability and may result in a price adjustment.

5. Vehicle Pickup & Return

  • The vehicle is inspected at pickup, and any damages are documented.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition.
  • Late returns may incur additional fees.

6. Insurance & Liability

  • The vehicle is insured in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Users are responsible for any damages resulting from misuse or traffic law violations.
  • The App is not liable for accidents caused by illegal or improper use.

7. Privacy & Legal Use

  • The App reserves the right to use user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • These terms may be updated from time to time, and users will be notified through the App.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content within the App is owned by CATCH or its licensors.
  • No content may be used without explicit permission.

9. Termination of Service

  • The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account in case of violation of these terms.
  • Vehicles must be returned immediately upon request.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Any disputes will first be resolved amicably, and if not possible, referred to the competent courts.
